Regulations

  • The Park reception has the right to restrict or deny admission.
  • Pets are not permitted in the park.
  • Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, or using any type of drug or toxic substance is not permitted on the property.
  • It is prohibited to enter the park area in vehicles (bicycles, motorcycles, autos, etc.) that do not belong to the company or have prior company authorization.
  • It is prohibited to bear or use any type of weapons.
  • All our tours include a personalized naturalist guide. It is important that you follow their instructions and use all gear necessary for the selected tour.
  • The customer is responsible for adhering to all Park signs, properly disposing of their trash, and ensuring the safety of their personal belongings.
  • Parents or adults in charge of children and teens are solely responsible for their security and behavior inside the park.
  • It is prohibited to enter the Park without a shirt or shoes, or to exhibit oneself in an indecorous way, in addition to using inappropriate vocabulary.
  • It is important to display moral behavior that is correct and decent inside the installations being that we are a family oriented establishment. You will be asked to leave the park if you display improper or excessive affectionate scenes.
  • The access to the trails, as well as certain stretches of the tours and attractions, are subject to current conditions. The park strictly reserves the right to suspend them at the moment it is determined to be dangerous to the integrity of the visitors.
  • Protect the Park’s flora and fauna. Please do not pick flowers or plants, not harm any plant or animal species found in the park.
  • Protect the natural environment. Do not throw chewing gum or garbage of any kind on the ground.
  • Protect the water sources.
  • Do not take flash photography in the exhibitions.
  • It is strictly prohibited to feed the animals any food not approved by the park or to cross the safety barriers around the animal shelters, or touch them through the mesh.
  • These animals are unpredictable and in some cases dangerous, please strictly adhere to the guide’s instructions.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL FREE ARENAL NATURA ECOLOGICAL PARK FROM ANY EVENT, AS WELL AS TO ASSERT THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION.
